Shipping Methods

  • We offer free expedited shipping within the United States via FedEx or UPS.
  • Orders are insured for their full value while in transit.
  • Adult signature is required upon delivery.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or for items requiring additional preparation.

Shipping Times

  • Expedited domestic shipping typically arrives within approximately 2 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
  • International shipping typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or other factors outside of our control.

Products with Extended Lead Times

  • Certain collections and individual items may have extended fulfillment lead times. Please refer to the shipping information provided on the product page for the specific item you are interested in.
  • If your order contains an item with an extended lead time, your order may be held until all items are available for shipment.
  • For products requiring sizing, engraving, customization, or other special preparation, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the details and provide an estimated shipping date.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
  • You can track your shipment directly through the applicable FedEx or UPS tracking service.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
