I highly suggest Robinson’s Jewelers! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I worked with Sammi and she was an absolute pleasure. I brought in an old watch that I wanted resized however I didn’t have enough pins and the pins were discontinued from the manufacturer. I went to the brand the watch was made from and called multiple other jewelers who all said there was nothing that could be done.
