I brought in an old watch that I wanted resized however I didn’t have enough pins and the pins were discontinued from the manufacturer. I went to the brand the watch was made from and called multiple other jewelers who all said there was nothing that could be done. Robinson’s from the beginning told me they would figure something out and get me wearing this watch again.

I had a watch band on a Rolex that needed repair. I didn't buy the watch from them, but they offered to repair it. When I came in to pick up the very next day (yes, they fixed it in 24 hours), they refused to charge me for it. I hope to buy my next Rolex from them! Great service!
